Moskito Island Projects, British Virgin Islands

Moskito Island in the British Virgin Islands is a privately owned island originally purchased in 2007 by Sir Richard Branson.

Moskito Island, as well as ten privately owned estates, also has a recreation area, with a beach house; infinity pool and bar; a tennis pavilion with two courts, a watersports center and dining pavilions.

PT Balegede was responsible for all the timber structures of the recreation area as well as stone carvings.

We have also built the roofs, doors and carved panels for most of the private estates. In addition, we built an extensive elevated walkway linking houses in the Branson Estate.

There are still estates being built, we are currently still building structures and roofs.
